LES...Grass Update

The field was dug out 3 feet deep, filled with 18" of two types of gravel and topped with 18" of a special sand mixture.Apparently, the field was scheduled to be sodded this week. The area outside of the press lines (dashed lines along the sidelines and endzones)along with the area of the sidelines where the team's benches are will be an artificial surface filled with a walnut media (as opposed to the black pellets of most artificial surfaces which absorbs more heat than the walnut media).
